Built as a serene retirement home near Himayat Sagar Lake, this farmhouse is a blend of traditional craftsmanship and sustainable architecture. Constructed using compressed mud blocks, rammed earth, Athangudi tiles, and locally sourced stone, it exudes rustic charm while maintaining eco-friendly principles. Reclaimed doors and windows add a touch of history and character, reflecting the homeowner’s deep passion for reusing antique elements.

At the heart of the 6,000 sq. ft. farmhouse lies a sprawling courtyard, reminiscent of old havelis, not only enhancing its aesthetic appeal but also serving as a passive cooling system. The roofing incorporates a variety of techniques, including domes, vaults, filler slabs, and Mangalore tiles, ensuring natural insulation and ventilation.
